Our hire item process and how it works
We understand that it is important when planning a special event to have an idea of price and know how frustrating it can be when trying to work out costs outside of the “normal working hours” so our site offers the ability to see how much your hire items could cost. As you will see there are many different options available to you and we don’t want to limit your choice so we have put together options and prices on a selection of our most popular designs and colours, however if you are looking for a different choice of colour, fabric, flower or item design please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you to discuss your requirements.
Due to demand, our hire items are done on an “add to quote” system. The site will provide you with a price based on our standard colours and pieces offered. Once you have made and completed your quote one of our team will then contact you by your preferred method of contact to confirm availability and price. Once you are happy with your quote you can reserve your items and date with a 25% deposit and by completing our booking form, we will then confirm your booking via a return email or by post. Please note no booking dates are confirmed without a confirmed receipt of your booking form and deposit. All signed booking forms are subject to our terms and conditions.
On our website you will see all our products that are available to hire under the section items to hire, if you click on the product category you would like and this will then take you through to more details of that particular item and all the options available. You should then select the ‘add to quote’ buttons next to all products, simply select the quantity of each item you would like a quote for and add the products to your quote. Please then complete the details form and one of our team will get back to you with availability and a confirmed price.
Set up and collection charges may apply based on your location. Please contact one of our team for prices.
