Table Seating Plan Package. Wedding and event venue dressing is very important,  ensuring the venue for your wedding or event looks beautiful is an absolute must.

We at A Special Event have put together a variety of packages to help with your wedding and event venue dressing and styling.

All of our packages contain the essentials for dressing your venue they include, chair covers and a choice of coloured sashes, table runners and a choice of table centrepiece, but each package is different and contains different items to make your venue look and feel that extra bit special. There are 2 packages, Package A, up to 50 guests and Package B up to 100 guests

Whats included in package A

Choose between our 9 framed white vintage style table seating plan, our 12 framed ivory vintage style table seating plan or our shabby chic and hessian table seating plan

Contemporary white fitted chair covers for up to 50 chairs

Organza chair Sashes for up to 50

Polyester table runners in your choice of colour for up to 6 tables

Top table light up Mr & Mrs

Choice of Table Centrepiece for up to 6 tables, including mirror plates and scatter crystals.

Table Centrepiece choose between:-

  1. Single large bubble bowl dressed with, chunky crystals, artificial flowers from our range to compliment your colour scheme, (LED up-lighter or LED Lights at extra cost)
  2. 5 arm silver candelabra with mirror plate and scatter crystals, 5 artificial wax feel flickering candles with new batteries
  3. Large martini glass with chunky crystals and artificial flowers or rose-ball from our range to compliment your colour scheme, (LED up-lighter or LED Lights at extra cost)

Plus either our vintage or our wooden post box (wooden post box has personalised insert)
